January

So I made it thru January and lost a few pounds. I did not seek into temptation and stuck with my diet. Believe it or not, I even stayed away from wine: ok I broke down twice. That's not too bad. But I'm tired of eating salad.

Now that it is February, I can back off a little and keep up with my base training. My next race is then end of next month, and I am ready for it. I feel fit and fast. Even though my workouts have been on the treadmill this past month, my sped has increase. The time on there hasn't though.

The weather has broken and it looks like I'm going to be back outside for training. All that is next is to get the bike outside!
